Return & Refund Policy

At JMBricklayer,we want you to enjoy a smooth, worry-free experience from the moment you place your order. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry—we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging
  • It’s in the same condition as when you received it
  • You can provide a valid order number or proof of purchase

2. What Can’t Be Returned

Some items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing parts (unless it’s our mistake)

3. How to Start a Return

Drop us an email at support@jmbricklayer.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the item(s) you’d like to return
  • We’ll get back to you with the return steps and address.

Note: Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.
If so, you’ll get a refund via your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

Oh no! If you received something damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll make it right—either with a replacement or a full refund.
