We understand that missing pieces or parts can be frustrating, and we want to make it right. If you have received a product with missing pieces or parts, please click here to contact us, and we’ll be happy to send you the missing parts or pieces free of charge.

Return&refund

Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days after parcel received. After this period, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and it must be in its original packaging. Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

Products shipped as gifts, freebies, or giveaways. Products that have been used and show obvious signs of wear and tear. Products without their original packaging.

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping:

To initiate a return, please contact us for the return address. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For high-priced items, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your return is received by us. Please note that we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, the credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. If it is not there, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You can also contact your bank as there is usually some processing time before a refund is posted.
