Lost&Missing Parts:

We understand that missing pieces or parts can be frustrating, and we want to make it right. If you have received a product with missing pieces or parts, please click here to contact us, and we’ll be happy to send you the missing parts or pieces free of charge.


Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days after parcel received. After this period, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and it must be in its original packaging. Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

Products shipped as gifts, freebies, or giveaways. Products that have been used and show obvious signs of wear and tear. Products without their original packaging.

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
