As we approach the vibrant Chinese New Year, we’re excited to celebrate this festive season. However, this also means a little break for our team. Our holiday period is from February 5th to February 18th.

Here’s How We’ll Handle Your Orders
If shop at our website store
From February 1st until the end of our holiday, your orders will still be processed, but there are two shipping scenarios:
1. Items available at Amazon warehouses will be shipped as usual.
2. Items unavailable at Amazon warehouse, need shipment from our China warehouse. There might be a delay as our logistics partners are on holiday too. These orders will be dispatched as soon as we’re back.
If shop at our Amazon stores
Your orders will be handled and delivered normally by Amazon.

During the holiday, our social media and live chat services will be taking a break. If you have any inquiries, please drop us an email at support@jmbricklayer.com. We promise to get back to you within 72 hours.
Part Replacements
You can still submit requests for part replacements during our holiday. While our logistics partners are off, we can’t ship your replacements immediately. Rest assured, we will process your requests as soon as the holiday is over.
